It’s a 5 piece band playing mainly original tunes by Charlotte inspired by gypsy jazz, ska, latin and world music. The band features Mark Bassey on trombone Jason Henson on guitar, Dave Holdsworth on tuba and pocket trumpet, and Sam Glasson on drums/percussion.



As a freelance musician Charlotte’s worked with Oasis, The Divine Comedy, Nerina Pallot, John Martyn, John Cooper Clarke,The Lost and Found Orchestra, Claire Martin, Ladyhawke, Will Young, Lorraine Bowen, George Dillon, Antonio Forcionne, Will Gaines, Unkle, Jah Wobble, Bill Laswell, Future Cut, Foy Vance,James Blackshaw, Nancy Elizabeth,Lightspeed Champion, Pucho and the Latin Soul Brothers, Julian Lloyd Webber, Joby Talbot, Isobel Griffiths, and Ian Shaw to name a few.


Equally at home playing jazz, classical music, blues, soul, funk, latin, country and everything in between she’s kept busy on the music scene. She has also composed music for an Art Installation at The Ashmoleon museum in Oxford with Chinese Artist Qu Lei Lei, and music for theatre performances by George Dillon. She has played all over the world including The Royal Albert Hall, Sydney Opera House, Thailand International festival, Holland, Ronnie Scott’s, jazz festivals in the UK and Europe.

Charlotte Glasson

is a multi instrumentalist, playing in a wide variety of music and theatre.

She plays  all the saxophones, flute and alto flute, bit of clarinet, violin and viola, penny whistle, melodica, percussion, and even the saw and junk wood marimba’s in the new show by the creators of Stomp, called ‘ The Lost and Found Orchestra.’
